We liked the location with splendid views of the surrounding countryside. The garden area and pool side area were pleasant for relaxing and the pool side lunches were very good
We were disappointed by the lack of staff to attend to us as guests . No porter to take our bags to our room . Not accompanied to the room to show us where it was or show the facilities . No staff except a receptionist to get us drinks in the evening . Untrained staff in the restaurant . Delay in service in the restaurant in the evening .

the reception staff were very helpfull, our room was lovely and the view amazing
I was dissapointed that towels were not provided at the pool. The lighting in the restaurant was too harsh in the evening and the atmosphere was spoilt by this. i also found one of the waiters quite bolshy and not a credit to the rest of your staff

We had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel on a hill overlooking stunning countryside. The location was picture-perfect, nestled amongst the beautiful hills and olive groves. The views from the restaurant were breathtaking, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast while taking in the scenery. The staff here were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were always willing to help us with any request, providing impeccable service. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spa and wellness center that offered a range of treatments and a beautiful indoor swimming pool. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxing on a hot day, with plenty of sun loungers and a peaceful garden area.
We would highly recommend this place to our family and friends.

Great location for exploring Tuscany, and amazing views from the hotel. The pool area was very attractive and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet had a good range of options to choose from and was tasty.
The rooms were small and outdated, with an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The service was also hit and miss, with too many mistakes made considering the high price of the rooms.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel with stunning views from the room located on a small hill. The location is just outside the city wall, making it convenient to explore the city. The hotel facilities and cleanliness were impeccable. Additionally, the staff was friendly and provided excellent service.

Our stay was in a lovely hotel set in the heart of the Tuscan hills, surrounded by rolling vineyards. The room was clean, spacious, with a stunning view of the landscape. The bathroom was modern, immaculate, and had all necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and attentive, and breakfast options were diverse and plentiful, with excellent quality. The pool area was peaceful and relaxing, with plenty of umbrellas, loungers, and towels available. The location was ideal to explore the nearby towns by car or Italian trains.
We found that the dinners at the hotel's restaurant could be better organized, and the menu options were limited, making it difficult for guests with special requirements.
